The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from another company. The fonts and the images are served from installtech.org itself. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email, or over the phone.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, you send us the name, phone number, email address, appliance type and description you typed into it. We do not ask for payment details through this site, and you should never send them to us by email.
Our web host records standard server logs, which normally include an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. We do not combine those logs with the form submissions, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Why we hold it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request, quote the work, and schedule the installation. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with an advertiser or a data broker.
We share your details with another party only where the job requires it, for example when a delivery has to be coordinated with a retailer, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and warranty obligations. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record of the work.
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a revision.
